Moderate malty aroma and taste with notes of grapefruit and apple. Watery palate. Gusgus (125), Tanumshede, Sweden Aug 28, 2008 Can as Saxon 4.1. Pours very pale with thin, creamy head. Dry and dusty aroma, with a somewhat sour and spicy wheat note, reminiscent of something belgian. Some sweetish esters and some DMS. Very dry and astringent flavor with some sweet maltiness and metallic dryness in the finish, like if they where using artificial sweeteners. Weird. Both good and bad at the same time.
