Can at a ChrisO tasting - London. Pours clear, amber-ruby with a fine, filmy white head. Toasty dough malts in the aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor, doughy toast, slight leafy bitterness. Somewhat bland. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with very faint caramel and toast. Yeah, pretty bland overall, but not offensive.

Can from Tbone, thanks! Dark brown color. Toffee and cola in the aroma. Caramel and bitter nuts in the cola-like flavor. Hints of metal. Not my taste.

Aroma has earthy malting. Not much more. Look is good. Clear ruby red with one finger creamy, slightly beige head, also lacing. Taste is sweet, dark fruits, caramel malting. Light to medium body, thin and soft feel, low carbonation, very light roasted, finish short. Well..bit diluted and plain. Not bad but nothing special either.

Clear dark reddish brown colour with a medium head. Aroma is bread, malts and a bit of caramel. Light flavor is malts, caramel and roasted bread.

Can. Clear dark reddish brown color. Minimal head with some lacing. Slightly sugary aroma with coffee and grass. Taste is much weaker than aroma. Watery. Thin body.

Smells like a pale lager. Looks pretty OK in colour, a nice dark red, but there’s very little head which is a shame, as dark beers need a bit of a head to look good, otherwise they look like fruit juice or suchlike. Taste pretty bland, like a pale lager again. Just a subtle nod towards some richer roasted grains, at the back of the tongue as you swallow. Finish leaves me with pretty much nothing. Basically a clean pale lager with a touch of roast, and a dark colour. Next!
