1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Disons que j’ai bu cette bière parce que c’étais une bière de la Thaïlande. Elle ne fais pas vraiment changement des autres lager. Couleur blonde avec un léger col blanc. Gout de céréales sans gout complexes...

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Tin. Gold bubbly pour with thin fast dissipating head. Faint beerlike aroma. Oily body with a little hop in the flavour and finish. Pas Op!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
One of the more consistent beers of Thailand, I give it that......, but that just took the fun out of it! This produces up a well charged yellow gold with excellent clarity and a steady, cloud of foam atop. Aroma is mildly tinny in general from the can – this varies a lot from batch to batch. It is clean on draught with citric, sour and grassy hops and a good lot of dusty, straw-like grain coming through. Cereal-like malt dominates the relatively light palate. Racy in mouthfeel and crisp in the tail before a little hops and sour malt see it drop off shy. Not much else here really. A clean enough lager made for quaffing in the masses. Try on draught whenever possible. Good to quench the thirst in Thailand’s heat!

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
On draught in Bangkok. Clear yellow with bright white head 1cm thick. Aroma of grass and hay. Tastes grassy but of fresh hops. Not too bad but ultimately too watery and tasteless. So good when really hot and thirsty.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours pale golden with small shortlived fizzy white head. Aroma is barely noticeable, a little bit of malts and hops with some fruity notes. Watery crisp mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet, malty, hoppy and a bit grassy. Finishes short with light hoppy aftertaste.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Same same but the ever so slightly bolder taste. They’re big on the "Draught" versions over here...hilarious...

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the Bangkok airport.
Aroma has a light malt character with light adjunct and a light hop character of floral and slightly fruity hops along with some grass. No diacetyl or sulfur.
Pours a clear, very pale yellow gold with a small, moderately thick white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers. Faint lacing and no legs.
Flavor is similar to the aroma, but with a slightly stronger adjunct character. Light bitterness an the hop character is more grassy than it was in the aroma.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall pretty indistinguishable from the regular Singha. I suppose its slightly cleaner and has a better mouthfeel, but otherwise about the same.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Light golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of pale malt, a touch of light hops and some very pungent cardboard. Light-bodied; Funky malt taste with a dry mellow taste and some light sweetness near the end. Aftertaste doesn’t show much, only a touch of malt with very little else. Overall, a fairly muted and mundane beer that doesn’t show much difference than the normal Singha - perhaps with a bit more mild flavour and some lighter bubbles. I sampled this 33 cL can purchased from 7-11 from central Bangkok on my honeymoon on 25-August-2009.
