UPDATED: DEC 2, 2004 Golden colour. Grassy noble hop aroma. Fairly mild but well-balanced flavour. Grassy hops, moderate bitterness, biscuity pale malts. Not awful but quite overrated by a lot of people.

Huge frothy head (the iced mug must have added to it), metallic, grassy nose.Very light in color, even for a pils. Rather bland in flavor, watered down in texture. In the bars of Bangkok, drinkable but when better is available, why bother?

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2007 Bottle (BB 01/08). Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Very light on aroma, but what’s there is pretty clean. Good balance with mostly clean flavors, just a little grainy in the finish.

Nice head and a strong hops aroma. US troops are regularly cautioned to avoid drinking Thai beer. Why? I am told it is because formaldehyde is used in the bottling process to disenfect and preserve the beer. Is this true? Any comments?

Very weak aroma ,hard to say what kind , distinctive but noting special in positive meaning .... Crystal clear , low carbonated with weak head , watery . Lime .

Great with Thai food as it helps combat the spiciness and heat from the food. A slight malty taste and a bit of sweetness, plesant finish.

Great Thai beer. It was very smooth and drinkable. I would recomend it.
