A premium lager beer brewed from the finest ingredients, Singha is a full-bodied 100% barley malt beer that is distinctively rich in taste with strong hop characters. Brewed with three hops: Saaz, Perle and Hallertau. Editor’s Note: Recipe scaled down from 6% to 5% in 2007.

Bottle: Poured clear gold with a big white head of large bubbles. Fruity saaz aroma with some background dusty malts. Musty Pale Lager flavour, astringent sweetness (??) and watery. Weird astringency on the palate. Noy much flavour or feel, and what there was was not great. The aroma gives it more points than it deserves.

Not very good, little to no flavor, however seems to be a good pairing with good Thai food, although water would have the same effect and be much cheaper. pours a pale yellow, sour aroma, taste is sour, kind of astringent. Hmm

I was only midly impressed with this beer. It was very pale yellow with a small head that gave way to a ring of foam. The flavour was malty and only a bit of hops showed through. It was good with the spicy food I had, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Bottle. Nice malt aroma. Light yellow color with good head. Malt flavor with light bitterness. Maybe not a spectacular beer but I enjoyed it.

Yellow, little head. Smells like PBR... tastes like PBR mixed with Bud. Nothing special here.

pale yellow with a soapy head. Smells like any other piss yellow pale. Taste is pretty much the same. A step above bud lite with a bit more bang at 6%.

355ml brown bottle. Noisy fizzy white head vanishes quickly. Fast carbonation. Colour is golden. Sweet aroma, a bit of perfumy hops. Moderately bitter with some malt sweetness. Slightly oily, full body.

Bottle. Very strong nose, like canned Budweiser. Tastes like Budweiser, but with a really weird, bad aftertaste. I tried to avoid this beer as much as I could, because even looking at this bottle made me really uneasy. Ugh... Leaves your mouth feeling nasty. Not a terribly bad beer, but mediocre. Good aroma, though. Not too bad, but not great.
