Actually, singha isnít a bad beer and goes well with Thai food. A staple. There is very little to report about this beer, however.

Bottle. I would have to say this is the worst beer I have tasted in a while. color is straw yellow. very thin mouthfeel with lots of carbonation. Aroma and taste both reminded me of urine. Donít think Iíll try this beer again.

Pale yellow with a pure white foam head. The aroma is lightly floral from the hops. Sweet graininess. The flavor is vaguely reminiscent of a witbier for some reason (hops, perhaps). Lightly sweet, light body. Pretty pleasant, actually.

as tsingtao, nicely hoppy for a mass produced brew but when eating thai...has a nice bitterness to it.

Bottle. Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma with some hints of alcohol. Malty and grassy flavor with some bitterness. Dry bitter finish.

Sampled bottled at Viet-Thai in Reims. Golden pour with a nice little hop profile. Grassy and slightly bitter with a small bit of bread. Reasonably well-balanced, good.

From a 11.2 oz. long narrow neck brown bottle and a "Fill" date on the back label, 10/19/05. Made a decent appearance, poured a clear pale golden yellow with a fluffy white head that left a small amount of ringed sticking. Had a grainy, pale malty aroma, a faint lemony/floral hoppiness and whiffs of sweet alcohol. Good carbonation and a smooth medium to full bodied mouth feel, above average drinkability. Had a grainy, bready maltiness with a mild spiciness, a sour citric hop bite and a dry grainy finish. A little sweet alcohol presence lingers on the tongue.

Iím puzzled by the low scores on this beer. For a lager - itís pretty good. light golden color, clean crisp taste with no aftertaste. 6% acl. thumbs up. Iíd drink this over bud any day - maybe not Stella Artois thought- I was drunk when I wrote that
