A premium lager beer brewed from the finest ingredients, Singha is a full-bodied 100% barley malt beer that is distinctively rich in taste with strong hop characters. Editor's Note: Recipe scaled down from 6% to 5% in 2007.

Bottle. This is your basic lager. Straw yellow pour, no head. Aroma is faint malts and corn. Flavor is sweet malts and corn. Very clean and crisp. Very easy to drink.

Very nice sweet tasting lager. The sweetness brings about a harmony that balances the sturdy malt and strong hops presence. Nicely carbonated, it’s really refreshing. Interacts nicely with the palate too. However, the aroma and looks beguile the great potential of this brew. Light to medium body, the character is distinctively Thai!

630ml bottle. Straw with a fast fading white head, soft carbonation; inoffensive lager with a sweet corn syrup taste. A good match with spicy food, but otherwise lacking any character.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head quickly recedes to hug rim. Sweet adjunct aromas. Sweet and grainy from front to back. Crisp, dry and swift finish. Very good with Thai food...but as a session or standalone? Most unimpressive.

Bottle. Clear yellow colour with a medium white head. Malty bit grainy aroma and flavour with some flowery hops. Average lager.
