Bottle bought in a local supermaket. Clear, golden colour with creamy white head, that slowly sits down, but doesn’t disapear. Pretty much strong aroma of herbs, vegetable and corn. Light bitter taste with moderate bitter aftertaste. Medium body and oily texture with soft carbonation. Good lager, better than I expected.

-At home after shopping- Golden with white head. Aroma is cereal, cardboard and some noble hops. Spritzy palate. Aftertaste is dry, cardboard and some noble hops in the end. Overall: Not to bad.

The scent is not horrible. But there is something with the malt that I simply do not appreciate. The taste feels cheap and quite watery. The overall rating is quite low. It is not specially tasty, but it is quite easy to drink.

Bottle, Shanghai&Bangkok Brussels. Pale with small unstable white head. Fuller body than most other lagers, sweet taste - bread, yeast, slightly bitter palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a moderate white head that disappears immediately. The mild aroma of malts is complemented by some grains, but there’s not much going on there really. The taste is light, sweet with balanced body and slight bittery finish. Slight metallic aftertaste doesn’t ruin it too much.

Bottle from morrisons. Very pale beer with quickly fading head. Aroma is metallic and pale malts. Taste is pale malts, a little sweet and some dry cardboard. Not good, drinkable.

I truly cannot believe that after years and years of frequenting Thai restaurants (and drinking this very beer) that I have never reviewed Singha. I’m astonished. Let’s correct this. Fortunately I don’t expect this to take too long because my Massuman should be ready soon. Clear - bodied, hut bright, golden yellow in color, the beer has weak head retention and fast rising carbonation. It has a clean nose of lager yeast and rice with a touch of pilsner malts. It’s clean and perfect for balancing a spicy meal. It’s a little sour beside a spicy Massuman, but in a pleasant, fermented gtain kind of way. There are many Asian lagers that I try to avoid, but there are a few that are clean and satisfying. This is one of those.

Pale straw with white head. Sweet malts and light fruit. Slight metallic finish. Malt profile is not too bad but otherwise there's not much to it.
