Bottle. The colour is yellow; the semi-compact foam builds a quite high head.

The smell is dry-bitter, fresh and rather neutral.

The bitterness is surprisingly large; it is almost like drinking a German pilsner. There are some notes of dry malt, some white bread and a fine citric touch. The aftertaste is a bit bitter sour with notes of lemon/lime. It is rather long and dry.

Mouthfeel is quite strong and pleasant with lots of big bubbles.

A good lager with more flavour than I had expected, and it works very well with spicy food.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of sweet grain, maize, subtle butter and slight grassy hops. Taste is similar of grain, maize, some butter and subtle glue. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, grainy bitterness in the finish. Quite a sweet lager with subtle diacetyl. A grainy but refreshing finish though.

Et friskt og godt øl som passer til de fleste middager eller som et glass duggfriskt øl en sommerdag. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear golden colour, no head. Empty aroma sweet, slightly malty. Taste is grainy, empty, a bit alcoholic, may be due to higher temperature. Empty body, low to moderate bitterness. Quite high carbonation. Not good.

50cl bottle. Usual bland industrial ethnic restaurant lager. At least doesn’t taste bad.

Singha - Lion - is a below average Lager from Thailand, available throughout Germany/Europe. "Strong hop characters" might be a joke. Watery, glue-like aroma, rice.

(4) Below average. At the end of the day - it is not fair to say under average - but it is just a pilsner - nothing too excited now.

Bottle pour at a Tia dinner. Pours out a light straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light corn malts. Taste is the same some corn a little sweetness. But it goes will with a 5 star dish. One step better then water.

In my opinion one of the better lager in Thailand. Clear pale, sweet & watery taste and a standard carbonated palate. It was my first choice for e refreshing beer in Thailand. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Origin: Bottle. Vessel: Nonic. Supplier: One-Stop (Bristol). Sweet nose. Pours a weak yellow. Sharp taste with slightly fruity notes.

Malt and slight hoppy aroma. Clear pale liquid. For the style it has a medium bitterness and sweetness. A bit too sweet in my opinion. Average carbonation.
