A premium lager beer brewed from the finest ingredients, Singha is a full-bodied 100% barley malt beer that is distinctively rich in taste with strong hop characters. Brewed with three hops: Saaz, Perle and Hallertau. Editor’s Note: Recipe scaled down from 6% to 5% in 2007.

Pour pale yellow with white foam. Not much aroma. Maybe a little malt & hop but its vague. Taste is light malt with a little hoppy finish. Moderate carbonation. Generally a standard light lager for me. Nothing interesting but drinkable. More beer please...

330ml bottle in the Pavilion. Pours a fizzy clear straw yellow with a thin white head. Very sharp and acidic malt aroma - sileage, grass, straw. Taste is strong overpowering acid bitterness and a light, unbalanced sweetness. Astringent aftertaste, very lively carbonation and quite a light mouthfeel. Poor beer, won’t be going for it again.

Pours a very pale almost straw yellow, with a white head that last for a small time. Yeasty and almost chewy reminded me almost of a Belgian, not the greatest but at the Thai restaraunt when I had this it really cuts through the heat of the Drunken Noodle dish that I was eating.

33 cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours yellow with small white head. Malty aroma and a slighly sweet taste. A OK "premium" lager this one.

Bottle. The definition of pale. Pours very light, clear golden color. Small white-off head. Grainy, malty sweet aroma. Little floral hobs as well. Taste is malt, grain with dry-ending finish of hobs. Typical lager. Not much to report. Pretty neutral.

Bottle, Aroma of corn and grain/straw. Clear yellow color with a small white head. Light body with a very thin texture. Lively carbonation. They can keep this in Thailand if you ask me.

Brought a 6 pack along to dinner at a Thai restaurant. The only good thing about this beer was that it put out the fire for a bit. Otherwise is was rather dull. Kinda like a kicked up Budweiser. The rough part was the finish, tangy and cheap flavored. This kickboxers quencher must have been skunked from birth in that climate. KEEYYIIIIIIIAAAEIII!!!

Bottle. Clear, pale golden color, small to no white head. Aroma is Somewhat floral, cereal. Sweetish taste, with low bitterness, sweet without beeing sticky. Aftertaste is a bit cereal, malty, nothing remarkable. Medium mouthfeel with a rather flat, boring, carbonation.

WYGLĄD: Barwa jasne złoto, klarowne. Piana drobna, dość szybko opada.
AROMAT: Łagodny słodowy aromat (chlebowy), nuty trawiaste i łodygowe.
SMAK: Słodowość, trochę kwiatów i "trawy". Wysycenie wysokie. Goryczka niska.
OGÓLNIE: Całkiem przyjemne piwo, bez wad, pijalne, ale poza tym niczym szczególnym nie zachwyca.

Poured pale gold, nice head, but short-lived. Aromas of peppry grapefruity hops, alcohol, bread, and grain. Favor is well balanced with nice malt and hop flavors and a frest citrus sweetness. Like a full flavored strong macro. Better than macros, but no distinguishing characteristics. Speaks to being balanced -- not malty enough for malt lovers, not bitter enough for hopheads but good as drinkable lager.
