My oh my..how I miss Singha. Personally this is what Budweiser should be. Hoppy...nice bite. I’ve slugged down gallons of this great brew. Got a chance to tour the brewery also. It’s cleaner than most hospitals for real. Just beautiful. Hard to find in Japan but I did find a source at "Huis Ten Bosch" Theme Park in Sasebo. Great beer import store there. This beer will in fact slam your head if not careful. Rumors of formaldehyde seem to plague it like Tiger beer from Singapore. It’s a great summer beer..wet...thin..very crisp with lots of bite. Be careful with this one. It’s a great social/ light dinner beer also.!

Bottle @ Thai restaurant. Pours pale straw gold, white head. Pale malt nose, some noble hops. Biscuit, toast. Light mouthfeel, very "international" in character. Worth the premium label.

Clear pale golden color with a small white head. Mild grainy aroma and flavor. Well if you are really thirsty and nothing else is available. Ok.

Golden beer, white foam and lots of bubbles. Smells like lager. Easy to drink: no hops, no taste. Just a drink for a hot day - nothing more.

Bottle. Appearance is golden, bubbly, a white head which slowly disappears. Aroma of malts, cereal, hint of yeast. Slightly bitter taste, vague hop presence, spice, short finish. Fairly standard.
