COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A premium lager beer brewed from the finest ingredients, Singha is a full-bodied 100% barley malt beer that is distinctively rich in taste with strong hop characters. Brewed with three hops: Saaz, Perle and Hallertau. Editor’s Note: Recipe scaled down from 6% to 5% in 2007.

Another surprisingly refreshing pale lager from a place far from such beer’s origins. Has an excellent balance of hops to malt, pleasant fresh nose and hoppy aftertaste. This is another very good pale lager, but then again that is my favorite type of beer. The more lager I drink the less I like ales, except for kristall and hefe weizenbeers.

Smells of sweet malts & hops. It smells pretty typical for a premium lager, maybe slightly stronger though. Bright clear gold with a little carbonation visible & a small white, bubbly head leaves quite quickly. Sweet to start, like most Asian lagers with a light bitter finish. It has a crisp malt taste that works well & is very crisp in general. Thin bodied, crisp with a refreshing feel to it. A exceptionally crisp, refreshing lager that goes down very well. I could drink this beer all night . (/)

Singha is a pale larger from Thailand. It has a refreshing taste for hot weather it is exported to many countries. Enjoyed with ice cubes.

Very light beer, with soft hop flavor down the palate. Goes excellent with spicy food and shrimp shumai dumplings! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

a staple of my diet while i lived in thailand. it's amazing how healthily you can get along on a diet of singha, chang, and rice...

From the bottle at Mai Tai in Alexandria, VA. Poured a light straw colored gold, small head with a fair amount of carbonation. Tasted like about a million other pale lagers -- which to me is a good thing. I wasn’t noticing any overly bitter hops, like some of the reviewers did. This is what I could call a comfort beer -- when you’re in the mood to drink beer and not think about it -- but still look different from all your friends.
