I’ve tried this beer on several occasions at the spectacular Thai Room restaurant in Kill Devil Hills, NC. I always thought it was a good complement to the spicy food. I recently tried one by itself and found that it really does go better with the food. Pours a pale amber with a thin white head. Lots of hops in the aroma. Taste is okay with some grassy sweetness. A decent beer to go with spicy food...that’s about it.

Very pale in color, not very interesting looking. A very weak tasting lager beer. No aftertaste to speak of. On the plus side, goes very well with spicey thai food.

Hmm... it is drinkable when you are at the beach, the temp is 35+ and the beer is chilled below zero.
Drinkable... not great.

It’s not a bad beer as long as it’s ice cold and you’re having something spicy to eat along with it, but it definitely isn’t a stand alone session beer.
It had a nice DMS character but was marred with a very dry, grainy, cereal flavour.
It was also, unfortunately, well into the staling stage with papery and metallic characters clearly evident.

Pours a clear pale yellow. Taste and smell are both unenjoyable. Typical pale lager.

Can. Pale yellow with small white foamy head that dissipates quickly, doughy aroma, high carbonation, bland sweetish taste, abrupt finish. Now I know why Thai like Chang better than Singha!

Watery, boring lager that is mainly good for refreshment. If you are at a thai restaurant, get thai iced tea or something. This is nothing special.

Quite ok, but nothing more than the average summer lager. Tasting a bit artificial.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear golden beer with a standard foam head, the aroma show malt notes more than other kind of aromas, the body is light, and the taste has malt flavors, with an absence of hops flavors, aftertaste the sensation is quite watery.
