mouse725 (40), Albany, New York, USA Jul 28, 2007 Sampled at the LCBO Summerhill Beer Fest in Toronto, ON. If you enjoy the smell and taste(?) of skunk, this beer is for you. Sadly, I do not. The only redeeming quality to Singha was that you received a free beer-opener if you tried it! (Translation: even the peddlers know they must bribe people to drink it!)
HermanW (514), Coevorden, Netherlands Nov 27, 2008 Gekocht in een Toko in Emmen. Niet erg goed bier. vreemd smaakje. cheapdark (1651), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 26, 2008 Some sharper slight veggie aroma. Typical lager appearance but it sparkles nicely. Initial taste is mild metallic bitterness especially on the back of the throat. Grows to be mildly sharp. Goes down without much offense. Tolerably industrial finish. Probably would not think this is 6% as listed. Better than many domestic lagers. S4L3F3T4O10 SeanMacGC (102), Dublin, Ireland Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours translucent yellow, with white quickly-disappearing head. Aroma of mild hops, malt and barley, though more sour in on the tongue. Quite lively on the palate. Botnik (56), Carrollton, Texas, USA Oct 30, 2008 A refreshing improvement over American light lagers. Taste’s better in Thailand, much like camp food always taste’s better on a campout. DrDavid (473), Johnson, Vermont, USA Oct 26, 2008 (Bottle). Sweet aroma. Yellow golden body, medium-size white head. Flavor is mostly watery, hardly anything there.
