still gold, oily head, thinnest ring. Skunky dank nose, oily pine and cracker, heavy grapefruit. Flavor more oxidized and cheesy, thin and doughy with cardboard and piney orange through the end, light sugars but cloyingly thick body.

Growler courtesy of nimbleprop, thank you! Poured a golden, clear color with a wispy head. Aroma was notes of light hops, grassy notes. Flavor was a real hoppy, fresh tasting beer. Pretty good, enjoyed the hop in this one.

@ Singlecut. Pours clear-ish golden with white head. Aroma is big on grapefruity hops. Also get some sweet orange in the nose. Taste brings more citrusy hops along with some caramel malt balance. Average palate and finishes bitter. Lingers decently. Had this one at the end of the night, so my rating isn’t all that spectacular. Thought this was alright, though I think I’d choose Dean over this.

Pouring at BCTC. Pours a just clear gold with a large white head. Big and musky on the nose, dusty citrus with lots of yeasty phenolics. Medium bodied, but thins out a touch. Piney bitterness over caramel sweetness. Long smooth quinine and grapefruit. Nicely balanced.

on tap Brooklyn Public House - Bright warm gold color with crisp white head. Great strongish hoppy aroma - piney and green grass like. Hops are the predominant flavor - both fresh green, chewy, resiny hops but also a great well balanced bitterness. Clean malt flavors keep it in check. Love this IPA - wish we could get it in Philly. Hate the phrase "sessional IPA" in the deScription though. To me, "session" should be 4.5% and under.
