Tap, at ZBF 2006. Hazy lemon gold, good white head and moderate condition. Soft, gentle fruity maltiness in the nose, sweet and slightly fruity with a gentle chalky yeastiness in the mouth and lingering fruity sweetness in the finish.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, light toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter (burnt caramel) with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (190308)

Mar 23, 2008 Bottle: Poured a blonde with hazy jello with a cream white head. The aroma was fruit and hops. The taste was floral and metallic hops. Very nice blonde beer.
