Made for the justly famed Kerstbierfestival of 2007 in only 25 crates - so should be listed as "retired" here. Creamy, yellowish white head, bronze colour. Candi sweetness, liquorice (apparently effectively used here as well), ’speculoos’, some chocolate, cinnamon; sweetish malty profile, somewhat thin finish with little hops but fortunately well-hidden alcohol too.

CONCLUSION : une bière vraiment sans conviction, plate.
