Bottle, 33cl. It pours an unclear, golden body under a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is fruity and cellar-ish, with a spiced and yeasty hint, peppery. Some sugar. The flavor is fruity and quite sweetish, with a nice bitterness. Yeast and spices too. Full body, quite dry and pleasantly carbonated. Bitter and fruity finish. Pleasant indeed, but nothing extraordinary. 130504

Cloudy dirty golden amber with a good off-white head cover, heavy curtains of lace that slowly drift back into the drink. Taste is thin and watery at the onset, quickly growing into sweet caramel malt with light spices in the palate; very soft bittering enters during the finish, lingering along with caramel. Not very big or impressive, but still quite satisfying.

33 cl. bottle @ Bier Central. Bright golden with a creamy white head. Smells of sweet esters, quite a bit of apples, yeast, sweetish, flowers, but sharp spicy touch as well,… Taste is that of sharp esters blended with some young sweeter apples, touch grains, alcohol is clear and not very hidden, hay, flowers and harp yeast,… warming. Body is very effervescent. A fine and dandy triple.

33cl bottle @ home. Clear yellow to golden color, full sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell malts, lightly yeast, coocked vegetables and lightly herbs and spices. Taste malts, slightly herbal or floral hops, some bitterness. Flavor is a weird mix. It also makes me think of leaves and leather, though it’s not a bad beer overall. Medium carbonation, medium body.

Aroma is malts, a good hint of sweetness and a hint of grapes. The flavor is sugar sweetness, bread, a mild undercurrent of spices and low tartness in the finish.
