(Bottle at One Pint, Helsinki, on 2008-08-13) Golden. Clear. Big white head with small bubbles. Malts and chocolate in nose. Full-bodied palate with medium carbonation. Chocolate, liquorice, malts and slight bitterness in taste. Quite ok but dull.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Clear copper, rocky beige head. Some tangering crystallised fruit aroma. Slightly syrupy alcohol. Just a little bit obvious and unsubtle and uncultured overall. Toffee. but the syrupy alcohol finish is pretty nasty. Bad alcohol burn on tongue. Not a great tripel.
