Clear amber colour. Almost no head. Sweet apple flavour, sugary. Turning to sweet and spicy caramel in the finish. Quite sweet, but with some alcohol to balance. Maria (4418), Thisted, Denmark Aug 16, 2008 Courtesy of Fonefan. The color is beautiful red copper and the head is OK. The aroma is mild with notes of malt, caramel and a touch of alcohol. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, candy sugar, caramel and light fruit. It’s smooth and mild with a floral touch in the finish. Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 13, 2004 A deep red beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of yeast and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, spices, between which I sense coriander, and it also contains hints of chocolate, before a dry end sets in. Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark Oct 10, 2004 Deep reddish coloured. Fruits and malts in the aroma with a yeasty touch. Fruity and malty flavour. Smooth and pleasant.
