330ml bottle (BierKompass.de)
Amazing fruity hop aroma, everything from ruby grapefruit to mango - jumps out of the glass as I pour it. Sweet and succulent. Etherial in the mouth - so light, yet silkily coating your whole mouth. Floral retronasals, reminds me of a perfumed soap, but without the perfule or the soap. Beautiful sweet caramelly malts, bold bold aromatic hop, lovely bitterness too, quite a nettly sting, and despite it’s potency it has nice delicate floral hints too. At least in the first two mouthsful, before the resins latch onto every surface and refuse to let go. Does have a great balance. Aromatic and pungent hoppy vapours in the finish are lovely and heady, and the only thing that gives you any clue that there’s quite a high octane rating, but that component does help the vapours waft up warmly. Stormingly drinkable DIPA, wouldn’t want it any more potent in any way, anything beyond this would detract from the balance or drinkabiloty.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Outrageously good. Beautifully hoppy, with incredible balance. Sweetness, hoppy depth. Firm, yet fizzy. Real good.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy dark amber color with average to huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Intense citrusy hoppy aroma, lots of grapefruit, some blood orange, some pine. Taste is citrusy and bitter hoppy, solid caramel malty basis; minimally chalky and medicinal finish.
