Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, citrusy hops, and crisp hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, lemons, and citrusy hops, leading to a bitter and dry alcoholic finish.

330ml bottle from BeerRitz online shop. Orangey brown colour, foam white head and aroma of tropical fruit mango, peach, grapefruit, hop resin, with candy & marzipan notes. Taste is sweetish light caramel with a hit of fruity orange & grapefruit citrus hop bitterness, plus some grassy boozy notes. Slightly soapy mouth feel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, warming dry bitter finish. Very drinkable DIPA.

On Keg at The Trampery, London Fields, as ’Siren Neither DIPA’. Half pint. Murky orange/brown with a small white head. Smell is nice but initially toned down - mixed fruits, orange and caramel. Taste - grapefruit up front with a fruit salad background, lingering caramel, finishes with pine. Slush puppy? No bitterness, but alcohol is noticeable. Honey starts coming through in the smell and taste after a while. A solid DIPA but it doesn’t have the potency that some DIPAs have.
