Bottle shared with Marsiblursi @ Haket. pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and tiny herbal with crackers, pineapple juice, pink grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, pine needles, mango, papaya and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and fruity with crackers, honey, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lemon zest, pine needles, freshly cut grass, corn bread, mineral water, mango, apricots and lemon grass. Mouthfeel is soft, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter and fruity with crackers, corns bread, honey, grass, pine, grapefruit rinds, unripe tropical fruits and black currant leaves. Not 100% fresh but still pretty damn good.

330ml bottle from Beermoth. Pours hazy orange, intense yet crisp taste with subdued honey elements, floral hops, subtle corn, some citrus and a decent bitterness, although the alcohol gets a bit strong towards the end. Another delightful beard-stroking beer from Siren.

Krämig och lite apelsinmarmelad. Mjuk grape och karamell. Skön eftersmak och väldigt fräsch efterton.

Bottle from utobeer. BB date 31/03/14. Pours a murky amber brown with a white head. Aroma has some pineapple, a little caramel but not overly sweet, there’s a little woodiness too and maybe light honey, but that could be down to the power of suggestion. Medium body, medium carbonation, sticky. Starts lightly funky, with overripe fruit and a light note of veg, with a little brown toast, earthy wood going on too, then booze, and a hit of pretty solid sweetness just before a bitter, slight tonicy/quinine/grapefruit, finish. I wasn’t getting much in the way of honey until later in the drinking, there was also a slight floral thing happening. Anyway, it’s tasty enough, a bit sweet for me.

330ml bottle from Alesela. Pours hazy amber, nice white head. Bg citrus nose, mostly grapefruit. Can’t spot the honey, but then I’m glad of that, don;t really like honey beer. Big hop bitterness, blood orange. Creamy texture, long bitter finish. Love it.

33cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - dark hazy amber with a decent fluffy head. Nose - grapefruit to orange, some pine. Taste - more pink grapefruit or blood orange. Some sweet malt in the background. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy and creamy texture in the middle and a well balanced bitter finish. Overall - a lovely Imperial IPA.

Keg at CBCN1. Golden, slight hazy, thin white head (good lace). Light pine and orange aroma. Juicy fruit hop. Light body, very easy to drink at the ABV - no hint of booze - mouth-coating oily mouthfeel. Finishes dry, bitterness lingers. Good.
