Lovely bright grapefruit with some slight bitterness and herbal notes. Not overly hopped and quite refreshing (literally and figuratively).

Hazy gold, effervescent with puffy white head. Dense hop nose, resinous skunk and oily, aft tangerine and orange Turing only slightly brought high bitterness. Musky flavor, creamy dank front palate evolves into spiced, light perfume mid, some woody bitterness into the finish where biting paper dominates, more husky spice through the lightly stinging, incredibly oily hop finish. Playful, evolving, definitely one to seek out for novelty.

Hazy golden with a light white head. Aroma is mild hops with notes of citrus. Flavor is light citrus hops and a bit of floral notes from the chamomile. Oddly soothing for the style, very easy to drink with a bit of lingering bitterness in the finish. Wife: 3.6

Draft at Edmunds Oast. Clear golden pour with a frothy white head and solid lace. Aroma produces grapefruit zest, tangerine, fairly obvious chamomile, with a decent malt backing. Flavor hints with pale malt sweetness in the front transferring over to citrus peels with the jasmine and chamomile finishing it out. Medium light bodied with a good roundness and a lingering bitter finish. Pretty solid.

Draft to snifter. Looks good; a slightly hazy orange with foamy eggshell head. Smells nice and hoppy with notes of grapefruit and a light herbal presence. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel that’s a little fuller and sweeter an I prefer, but decent nonetheless. Some additional sweetness as it warms. A solid APA, but I couldn’t drink more than one in one sitting; a little sticky to be sessionable.

Some bitterness, some floral hops. Finishes light bitter. Pours pale golden with ok head and lacing. Grapefruit zest fairly evident, though it disguises the hops. Some floral sense from the other ingredients. Tap at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont.
