This is an awesome collaboration with Mikkeller and Hill Farmstead. It will mess with your mind as an IPA designed to mimic Limoncello. A slightly sour mash, combined with Lactose for sweetness, tonnes of lemon Zest and hopped to death with Sorachi Ace and Citra. Bottle, cask and keg.

Tap at CBC Islington.Pours cloudy yellow with a small, firm white head leaving good lacing. Nose shows notes of a sour beer,. Really appealing stuff. Heavy lemon rind with some funk an tropical fruits. Quite sweet. So much lemon in the taste. An absolute heap of lemon rind and zest, light funk but very minimal. Really balances out the beer nicely.. Sweet citric fruits come into play. Unbelievable stuff. Favourite beer of the day and a fantastic one at that

Draught at Mikkeller & Friends. Hazy light golden, small white head. Awesome aroma, sophisticated, sweetish and zesty. Lemon confit, lime, pomelo, dill. Wonderfull creamy texture, slick and slightly sticky. Sweet light malty, very hoppy fruity finish. Wauv! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Legitimately awesome beer. Lemonade tartness zing with a nice hoppy bitterness of lime zest. Unlike almost any other IPA I’ve tried.

Absolutely dangerously good! I had this on tap among friends, gorgeous clarity, lots of nice bubbles and sticky lacing. Sort of a bright gold appearance. Nose is huge citrus with a wine like tannic nature. Not overtly bitter. Taste is awesome. Bright lemon finish but up front, you get this gorgeous mildly acidic bitterness with lots of juice and grapes. It’s a healthy mix of bitter, sweet, lemon acidity and I loved drinking it.

Draft at ChurchKey poured into a tasting snifter. Pours golden yellow with half a finger of off-white head. Aromas of big lemon/lime citrus, tart notes. Tasting notes of big tart notes, big lemon/lime citrus fruit/peel/juice, vinegar. Medium body with a dry finish.

From tap at Le Senk. Clear yellow color with firm white head. Strong citrusy aroma. Medium body, oily texture, moderate carbonation. Strong malty base with pleasant citrussy sourness is followed by assertive bitterness, which lingers in aftertaste. Very well ballanced sourness, sweetness with bitterness. Great beer.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, but also sampled at Birmingham Beer Bash (on tap). Smells incredible - sweet and juicy. Taste is intense: tart, fruity, rich, sweet. Verges between an incredibly strong Berliner and a rather unhoppy DIPA. I think. In any it’s lovely. Terrible day though.

on tap at mikkeller and friends. light golden wiith a faint haze and consistent head; sure enough, plenty of limoncello suggested in the aroma which is fine by me - zesty lemon, lemon tree leaves, candied lemon; wildly tangy with lemon cheesecake and then a very welcome alcohol kick. brilliantly conceived and executed

Bottled:Pours amber with a slight haze and a large, thick head.
Aroma is sweaty hops, tropical fruit, grapes, kiwi and lemons.
Flavor is loads of sour lemons, grape fruit, hops and pine. Long, salty bitterness.
Really, really refreshing!
