Bitter enough maybe because of the cedar wood where it was aged. Very hazy body. Aroma from cedar as also the taste which combined a bit the taste of green grape while the beer getting hot. The foam is thin which is going to disappear.

Bottle from the Kihoskh, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is tropical fruit, grassy hop. The flavour is medium bitter, light sweet with a resin citrus woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really enjoyed this. Nicely balanced and lots going on. Easy drinking at its best.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma of pine, hops, malts. A hazy amber pour so dark it’s almost an unappealing shade of brown. Not much head or head retention. Flavour was a big pine and citrus fruit blast from the hops with a noticeable malt presence. A good IPA, but I have to say To Øl’s ’Southern Frontiers’ which I tried prior to this blew ’10 Finger Discount’ out of the park.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle pours a hazy pale amber color with a 2 finger white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is tropical fruits and pine with caramel notes. Taste is a bold grapefruit and pine hop bitterness with a caramel and grainy malt sweetness. Medium bodied with good carbonation which tickles the tongue. A well done IPA that is definitely appropriate for all those big hop lovers out there. This will definitely satisfy.
