Keg (?, ?)
Looks like a muddy puddle. Keggy palate. Lovely fruity hops. After so many real ales the keggy fizz in this is totally obnoxious, I can’t believe people actually like fizzy stuff like this. The cedar is subtle, just a nice woodiness. There’s also a touch of pineyness. Covers the 7+% fairly well. Finish is piney.

Bottle. Burnt orange with semi-densed, white head. Poor lacing and head retention. Nice tropical fruits aroma, along with zesty citrus. Taste is rather heavy bitter (more than 10 toe discount) with long andy dry bitter finish. Also quite noticable woody and spicy aromas. Medium bodu, creamy texture, medium carbonation. In general more hoppy and less sweet than other cedar wood BA. The taste is definetely more dry and woody.

Bottle. An unclear dark golden-orange beer with a dense, finger-thic light beige head that lasts. The aroma is on the hoppy side, with pine cones and orange zest.. Some malts. A bit heavy on the carbonation, but nice, with orange zest, pine cones and resins. Malts too, and a fine bitterness. Full to medium body, quite dry. Lasting bitter and orangey finish with pine cones. Quite nice, but a bit one dimensional. 150328
