On tap at Bishops Arms in Örebro. Malty smell with chocolate and a slight note of coffee. Roasted bitterness. Coffe and dark malts in the taste. More like a coffee stout then a Black IPA. Some hops in the aftertaste. Full body.

Draught at the Euston Tap, London. Poured black, with a dense beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt and freshly cut grass. Citrus hop flavours, mixed with dark malts and burnt sugar. Finish was fruit cake, toasted malt and ash. Full bodied, with a nice mouth feel. Definitely one of Siren’s best beers, that I’ve tried.

World Cup Tasting. Black with a big and lasting, light brown head. The aroma has lots of citrus and other fruity hops, along with faint licorice notes. Dry, but full-bodied flavour with citrus hops, licorice and mild roasted notes, perhaps including a hint of smoke. Quite bitter hoppy and roasted finish.

Great black IPA. Lots or bitter citrusy hops against a smooth roasted chocolatey malt. More of this please.
