Tap at Siren Tap Takeover @ Mikkeller Bar, february 13th 2014. Hazy dark golden body, small white head. Bretty aroma, wood, tart berries, citrus fruits. Taste of grapefruit, brett, salt crackers, oak, and a strong sourness in the end. Refreshing dry funky aftertaste with peppers and grapefruit. Very nice!

Fra fad, Mikkeller Bar. Uklar gylden, let ravfarvet med et lille, men stabilt off white skum. Bretty næse. Duft af vådt træ. Fodbold-støvle-sokker. Frugtige lyse bær, let sødme, bretty woody finish. Ret elegant. Og meget høj drinkabillity.

Tap @ Mikkeller. Hats off! One of the most complex brett beers I’ve had for a long time! Intense brett character of grapefruit, leather, old wet wood, and just all kinds of things that you cannot get from a Wyeast vial. Lovely craftmanship. The complexity of this is akin’ to a lambic. Fucken hell. Ryan, this is good shit!!
