Chocolatey, malty aroma, followed by a lovely mellow, vaguely creamy mouthfeel. Extremely smooth overall, doesn’t betray its ABV. Great appearance, rich brown with little head and no lingering bubbles. This is fantastic, my dreams remain unbroken.

Bottle at home from mchughs. The lighter sibling to the wonderful shattered dreams. This lives up to the expectation. Pours black with fluffy tan head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, vanilla, liquorice, leather, slightly sour milk. Smooth creamy sweet dry coffee flavour. Carbonation is pitched just right. Full bodied. Great sweet lower abv stout.

Nice brown creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, dark malts, caramel, chocolate, licorice, biscuits, coffee, roasted grain, cocoa. Taste is slightly sweet, still a little dry, dark malts, cocoa, chili, caramel, burnt coffee, cardboard, roasted grain. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Very nice.

Bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Coffee and chocolate on the nose, I also get something that reminds me of chili but is most likely a coffee-aroma that plays tricks on me. Very nice beer!

good as hell. all the best things that come from dark malts are right here. it looks beautiful too, and just look at the bottle - fabulous. i could drink this beer with my eyes only. simply delicious. drawbacks? aroma could be a bit more intense, and the beautiful brown foam disappears quickly. but it;s nothing.

Chocolate aroma, beautiful creaminess, a sort of cross between beer and malted milk. In a good way.
