COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask conditioned and keg unpasteurised; Regular
6% breakfast stout with a gentle touch of smoke, coffee and chocolate. Broken Dream is deep and complex. She lurks in your imagination. She binds smoke and coffee aromas with chocolate, milk and oats to create something thick, velvety and slick. She will draw you towards a land of flavour, passion and colour.

Chopp. Small brown creamish head. Pleasant sweet aroma of roasted malt and chocolate with bit smoke to it inderneath. Good filling mouthfeel. sweet well roasted maltiness in the flavour with chocolate and licorice , some coffee along with bit smoke. Quite nice.

Draft at the Euston Tap. Dark purplish black with a big tan head. Aroma of cedar, chocolate, watercress, and malt. Intriguing but lacking focus. Taste is a herby bitterness mixed with a slightly fruity sweetness. Medium bittersweet finish. Medium body, very chuggable for the ABV.

Draft at Churchkey. Black color, fluffy brown head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of rich chocolatey cocoa powder and coffee. Taste is espresso and moccha. Very nice.

Wonderful stout. Great touch of smokiness with dark chocolate and a little coffee. Some oaty breakfast aroma. Pours black with good head and lacing. Light sweet and bitter finish. Great package and awesome balance. Another score for siren.

Bottle. Nose is strong latte, cream, chocolate. Taste follows, with latte, hint of smoke, chocolate, plums, lactose, a lasting slightly too sweet finish. Mouthfeel is velvet. A really nice stout that is a touch too sweet.

Tap @ Flandes. Black coloured, with a medium sized black head. Nose is roasted malts, coffee, coffee cream, bit of chocolate. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, coffee cream, hint of vanilla sweetness.

Bottle thanks to richthevillan, thanks Richy. Black beer with small tan head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee and some dark fruits. Taste is some smoke, roasted coffee, chocolate and dark fruits. Medium bodied. Very good.
