3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Backlog rating. Keg at Draft House Charlotte, London. It pours a hazy pale straw color with a small white head. Aroma is lightly tart and yeasty, with notes of hay, citrus and bread. Taste is acidic and grainy with notes of lemon tanginess, hay, light grapefruity hops and light earthy notes. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Very tasty and refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Kaelderkold in Barcelona. Pours a cloudy, neon yellow with some sudsy, cloudy white head. Nose is very yogurty, a little feety too, lemon rind, perfume, grass, apricot. Flavor has a little bit of grainy-ness which is surprising, a little orange jam, but then the acid takes over, lemon rind, funky yogurt, a little sweaty. Full bodied, oily, bitter, tart finish. An interesting experience.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft @ Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Pours golden and hazy, with an amazing head, which leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma is very citrusy, and sour, a lot like grapefruit juice with malty backbone. A bit of flowery notes are also present. Taste is very grapefruity and sour, a bit of grainy and raw banana-like notes are also present. Palate is little thin, but very dry and sour. Almost like an sour pale ale, with citrusy hoppiness most dominant.

Draft at Edmunds Oast. Cloudy pale yellow pour with a bubbly white head. Funky aroma, aged hops, citrus, yeast, starchy wheat grains, big dank aroma. Light in body, with tons of flavor packed in, skunky, dank and stone fruits. So tasty and very drinkable.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught @ Bishops Arms Folkungagatan.
App: Hazy golden orange amber, big fluffy off white head, som minor lacings.
Aroma: Nice mix of lactic sourness and citrussy hops. Grapefruit, lemons, faint hints of honey, apricot and fart (in a positive way, if there is such).
Taste: Sour of lemon and grapefruit but with an underlying roundness of honey, crackers and marmalade that stretches out in the aftertaste.
Palate: Medium to light body, soft carbonation, dry.
Overall: Very good and balanced hoppy berliner. One of the best I’ve had from Siren.
