COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Keg & Bottled; Special - June to August 2013.
Note: Although the bottle is labelled 2.7%, it’s actually 2.8%, same as ther draught.

The goal was to create a beer with flavour, balance and body at only 2.8%, a Quarter IPA, QIPA if you will. Heavily hopped but with low bitterness this beer pops with notes of mango and grapefruit and is the perfect summer beer.

Hazy gold color with huge white foam, lacing glass. Lovely aroma, a lot of tropical fruits like mango, oranges, citrus, red grapefruit, some apples. Taste is very refreshing, semi dry, with medium bitterness. Hops, white citrus, oranges, orange pulp, mango, multivitamin juice. Medium/low body with medium/high carbonation, a bit watery. Very sessional, drinkable, refreshing beer!

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, heavy tropical fruity hops. Flavor is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Completely about the hops, but at this ABV that’s to be expected.

33 cl bottle. Clear amber beer with a medium offwhite head. Hoppy and tropical fruits aroma. Similar flavour. A really nice low-alcohol beer.

Bottle. Huge mango aroma. Pink grapefruit and mango prominent in the flavour with a gentle bitterness. Unsurprisingly a little on the thin side.

On tap at Øltorget, december 17th 2013. Hazy orange body, medium white head. Fruity aroma of peach, apricot, citrus and bread. Taste of grapefruit, pine and apricot, medium bitterness, solid body for the strength. Crisp and dry finish, with a lasting grapefruit aftertaste. A most welcome low alcohol beer with lots of taste, this could be my everyday beer.

Bottle from Vino Broughton Street. Pours slightly murky golden (admittedly I wasn't careful about the pour so my fault). Brilliant nose of hops, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Medium light body. Good carbonation. Loads if tropical hoppy flavour. Not too bitter. Really refreshing. Others have said too watery but I don't find that and it packs way more taste punch than 2.7%. Great!

Bottle from Vino Wines. Hazy amber body with tiny yeast particles floating around. Lively carbonation. Medium white head that leaves light lacing marks. Aroma of grapefruit, mango and chives. Spritzy grapefruit and cucumber flavour. Thin body with a watery texture. Average carbonation. A stunning low alcohol beer - perfect for summer.

Bottle @ benzai shared by me. Clear golden amber colour with a big white to off-white head. Smells hops, chives, fresh, fruity, some pine. A lot of smell coming of this light beer. Nice! Tastes hops, slightly fruity, fresh, bitter and a bit watery, but not as watery as I expected. Thin body, nice crisp carbo. Great beer.
