Cask conditioned and keg unpasteurised br A 5.8% west coast bright red ale: burnt raisins and crackers balanced by citrus. Liquid Mistress is our femme fatale – mysterious, seductive and disarming. She draws and charms drinkers with her full, red colours. You will soon desire her biscuit-and-burnt-raisin malt base, and peach and grapefruit spark. Her devious hop hit will steal your breath.

Something went wrong with my bottle: its too carbonated. Big beige head, dark red color. Medium intense aroma of biscuits, caramel, grapefruit and tropical fruits. Medium body, medium bitterness. Like i sad it Was overcarbonated so the mouthfeel wasnt enjoyable at the beginning. Overall its good beer.

Tap@gallowsm dark red, clear. A bit of chocolate roast on nose first, followed by dark red berries, some citrussy fruits, pines. Mee bodied, pretty well bittered. Dry red berries, old jam. Flavourful, but seems a bit too dry berry tannic, mouthdrying. Possibly not in its best shape.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2016 On tap. Colore rosso scuro tendente al nocciola. Testa breve, granulosa, di dissolvenza da media a celere. Olfatto d’uva, lievito, luppolo fresco, resina, albicocca, lontano melone. Carbonazione media. Buon aroma maltato pungente d’uva, luppolo e resina. Gusto nettamente amaro, piccato d’uva con un potente cuore di luppolo mediamente terroso. Finale maltato, intenso, acuto e piacevolmente esteso. Corpo medio, alcool ben riverberato. Una amber ale nettamente sopra la media, molto soddisfacente, ben fatta, solida e di carattere.
