Pinball (10605) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2014
33cl bottle from ølbutikken, dkk42. hazy yellow, huge bubbly offwhite head. flowery, citrussy, perfumey hoppy aroma with hints of malts.the slightly strange yellow fruity flavor is probably from the belgian yeasts. pleasant aroma overall. flavor is yellow fruity, citrussy, bitter hoppy and flowery hoppy. A little bit strage flavor, like an overly hopped belgian ale, which it also is. Tasty though, and not too bittersweet or anything.

Bottle of Rainbow IPA at home. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Sweet with some bittereness. Lots of hops aromas of spruce citrus fruits and hints of resin. Those Duvel yeast notes are quite up there too with aromas of baking yeast, perhaps a bit too much. Slightly ciderish in the very beginning. Medium to full bodied. Very lively carbonation. Hoppy and dry finish.
