COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottle conditioned and keg unpasteurised; Regular
A 4.5% pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops. Her silky, creamy body will pull you under.

Draught at The Red Lion (Leytonstone). Clear amber with white, lasting head. Nice citrusy aroma, mostly orange. Bitter taste, orange zest and grain. Low carbonation, long lasting bitterness. Good beer in overall.

Bottle. The beer with very strong acetaldehyde, no hops. Malty, lightly sweet with weird bitterness and aftertaste. Bad bottle?

Pretty tasteless to be honest. Light bodied without much much going on, not enough flavour for me

Keg @ BeerGeek Bar. Hazy dark golden, medium size white head, some lacing. Grassy aroma, bread and biscuits. Thin and light, grassy and floral taste, biscuits and caramel and bread notes, quite low bitterness.

Not as floral as the flavour it presses out. Tangy thirst quencher, smooth bitter twangs of pineapple skin and tingles of a metal lid on a honey jar.

500ml on tap@ East of Everything. Light floral nose. Cloudy amber beer with small head. Light fine carbonation. Bitter and chalky taste. Finish is bitter lemon and earthy hops. Quite refined and light. Good lunchtime quaffer.
