A 4.5% pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops. Her silky, creamy body will pull you under.

Bottle from Theatre of Wine, Greenwich. Amber pour with an off-white head. Aromas of warm bread, treacle, sweet citrus and mango. Flavours of citrus, lots of juicy fruit in there. Bitter fruit finish. Quite tasty.

On tap in The Stag NW3. Amber golden colour, not much head. Not quite what I expected - for some reason I was expecting a hop bomb. But it was a nice, smooth ale with a moreish hop finish. Very drinkable, there was something slightly unusual wonder if it was the oats? I could imagine drinking this all night.

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Some ripe orange in the nose, a bit of toasty hay. Light-medium sweet flavor with toasty bread, ripe berries, dry orange. Light bodied with fine carbonation; nicely conditioned. Somewhat dry to finish, with touches of leaves, citrus rind, dry pale bread. Very tasty.

Pours golden yellow with a white head which lingers. Aroma is sweet malts and slight pine. Taste is bitter, pine and a hint of fruitiness.

Gently hoppy upon opening. Short lived white head. Still looking for the oatmeal the shop attendant told me about... Managed to get to a right amount of bitterness. Regular IPA like.

Bottle. Lime, elderberry, white grapes and grass - the aroma certainly delivers. Alas, the taste does not, being very lean bodied and failing to provide anything resembling an aftertaste. It’s got that light creamy oatmeal touch but otherwise it is really dry and all that is left in the finish is its lingering bitterness. Kinda disappointing.

On tap at Pivni. Pour is light yellow with a medium white head. Aroma and flavor of pine resin, dry pale malt, and light grass. Finish has a lot of resin without much fruit/spice. Sorta boring.
