COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottle conditioned and keg unpasteurised; Regular
A 4.5% pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops. Her silky, creamy body will pull you under.

Cask @ Alehouse. Everything I love in a beer. Sweet tropical fruit aroma, bags of the same in the flavour, smooth mouthfeel, and bitter enough to balance it all out. Another, please!

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of orange, lemon, some grapefruit, biscuit, maybe oats, slight yeast and grassy, floral hops. Taste of orange, lemon, biscuit, grapefruit, some caramel, subtle pine and grassy, floral hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A bittersweet, fruity finish with a lingering floral hop bitterness. A pleasant, hoppy APA with a sweet, biscuity malt backbone. Good.

Tap at Hopsmiths. Nice, soft and citrusy. Aroma is biscuity malt and lemon, bit grainy. Taste is good, quite easy drinking and light, but with a little thickness to it. Nice.

Bottle. Really nice hazy, honey pour with a foamy head that sticks around. Sharp grassy hops in the aroma, with some citrus, fruit. Lots going on in the taste: citrus, malts, a touch of nuttiness, some peach, grapefruit. Mildly sticky finish. Ooh boy, nice one.

Nice American Pale Ale. It has a nice nutty, malty and hoppy (grapefruit) aroma.

Pours hazy with medium white head. Discrete nose. Aromas are grass, citrus, pine. Average carbonation, light body. Short bitter piney finish. Boring and disappointing for a Siren beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the beer market with the family. Pours a clear golden body with white lacing. Mouthfeel is medium to thin with notes of bitter hop, orange pith, grains and vague spice.

Bottle from Theatre of Wine, Greenwich. Amber pour with an off-white head. Aromas of warm bread, treacle, sweet citrus and mango. Flavours of citrus, lots of juicy fruit in there. Bitter fruit finish. Quite tasty.
