COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottle conditioned and keg unpasteurised; Regular
A 4.5% pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops. Her silky, creamy body will pull you under.

Draft. Hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, lemons, and crisp malts. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, grass, and lemons, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light and that draws down the intensity of the flavvors compared to the very promising aroma.

Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Cloudy amber color with compact head, short lived. The aroma is a bit smelly, puke, feet, before the caramel; it develops better later, some grass and sweat. Dry mouthfeel, some caramel flavor, some yeast, strong bitterness without much hop quality. Dusty.
Tastes old. More British than American Pale Ale.
