Cask & Bottle conditioned and keg unpasteurised; Regular
A 4.5% pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops. Her silky, creamy body will pull you under.

Maybe I had this too cold but it was a bit tasteless and thin, with just a very bitter after-tase. A bit more came through as it warmed up but still a bit thin, especially in the after-taste. Aroma of nutty caramel wit a little, almost rye like spiciness. Some juicyness comes through in the taste but not loads, still thin. Disappointing overall from a super brewery.

Spina @ fob. Chiara con bella schiuma. Molto secca ed amara. Contrariamente alle solite APA non ha una luppolatura invadente. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Bottle. Appearance is golden, a big white head which hangs around for the duration. Aroma- big citrus, lemon, grapefruit, hoppy notes, also caramel hints, and a malty breadiness is detectable. Taste- bitter hops, zesty, citrus fruits, fairly full in the mouth and a bit creamy, with a long finish. Very nice.

Pours amber with a large lasting mousse-like head. Nose shows floral and citrussy hops with some apple and peach blossom too. Light sweet malt underneath. Less fruity flavours but with some grapefruit and spicy hops. A little sweet clean malt followed by a pretty assertive bitterness. Carbonation is too high.
