Bottle. Pours hazy orange with small thick white head. Aroma is orange rock candy. Lemon, orange, oaky vanilla and tart fruits. A subtle hint of fruity hops. Taste is sweet fruits, acidic orange - acidic/sweet. Some green apples, exotic hops. Finish is zesty and dry, Tart but cream lactose-like mouth fell. Exciting but not an IPA, has no bitterness. Nice interpretation and we’ll executed. Has no alcohol, but the oily feel from it.

Jaksmart (447) - Aarhus, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2014
Bottle. Somewhat hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma is pure whisky sour, hard candy, sugar, grape and lots of acidity as well, some piney freshness, but otherwise not a lot of hops. Also some oaky vanilla and woody stuff. Taste is mild and sweet with an acidic tint, not much bitterness. Creamy and easy in the body, with a long and mild finish - alcohol not really dominant. delicious. Tartness and subtelty.

Bottle. Hazy orange Pour. Nice, sour nose. Smells a lot like your average bourbon sour! Lots of citrus! Medium body, nice crisps sourness with bourbon round vanilla and a deep, hoppy and bitter finish.

Ljus klar öl med väldigt lätt å ljust skum. Svag doft av Citrus å lite sötma. Smakar skumbanan å citron med viss dovhet. Oerhört annorlunda öl likt många andra från Siren. Måste nig provas när man är helt frisk.

29.11.2014, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is strange citrusy, oak, lemon juice, fresh hops, soda powder, citrus peel, alcohol, grass, sour socks, old cellar. Taste is sour-ish boozy, oak, citrus peel, grass, soda powder, lemon juice, hops, weeds, alcohol, light malts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice and kind of strange at the same time.

From bottle, not much head, alcohol well hidden, quite a bit of citrus and sour aroma, slight touch of bourbon. Nothing really special unfortunately...

Shared bottle, as a pudding at the wonderful bundobust. Combination of the lemon, and the subtle spice of the whisky gave a cleansing, but full on flavour.

From a 330ml bottle with expiry 31/3/15. It doesn’t quite work I’m afraid. Aroma is limoncello, sugar, lambic funk, musky alcohol and a whiff of chlorine. Taste is medicinal and lemony (like Lemsip) with alcoholic warmth and harshness. I can discern no woodiness. Finishes sour and lemony. Pours hazy amber with a small white head.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy amber with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are lemon, booze, and something sour - with a dry and alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hale, golden orange with a very small, white bubble ring. Aroma is fairly herbal, a lot of dill, light vanilla, some whiskey. But really, the dill dominates. Taste is odd and weird. Fruity, but the herbal flavor, dill, are superbly strong here as well. Somewhat whiskey, alcohol completely hidden. Some tangy lemon in the background. But really, the dill dominates completely. Full, tangy, not much carbonation.
