Avižinis stautas – tai elio stiliaus alus, išsiskiriantis savo sudėtinga degintų salyklų baze, kavos ir šokolado užuominomis primenančiu skoniu. Alaus gamyboje naudojami net trijų rūšių deginti salyklai – šokoladinis, degintas salyklas, skrudinti miežiai. Alaus kūną sutvirtina Miuncheno ir “CaraCrystal” karamelinis salyklas, šilkinį pojūtį gomuryje suteikia avižų dribsniai. Alaus virimui naudojame angliškus Target ir East Kent Goldings apynius. Fermentuojamas aukštos atenuacijos angliškomis Nottingham elio mielėmis.

Pours black with a huge, light brown head which does not last long. Aroma is dominated by a metallic smell; weak roast malts and a minute whiff of cocoa. Taste is slightly acidic, cranberry tartness, theres some cocoa in the background as well as a hint of instant coffee with milk. Cranberry/redcurrant throughout. Silky and light-medium body.

Vardagslunk? Bättre upp - vardagsklunk!

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2016 Re-Rated! Deep inpenatratable chestnut brown color with brown coffee like foam. Aromas strong of coffee, with bit of sweet caramel notes, and toffee. But definatly dark roast malt and coffee aromas dominate here. Palate, Light body, With very thin texture very easy going and leaving coffee aftertaste bit burned and smoked too. Taste is roast bitter, of coffee and has some watery taste to it too afterwards. Overall, looks and smells amazing! Tastes nice but really would like some heavier body on this beer as it would be amazing then! Where as now it has the taste but texture wise it is very light and watery. Overall then it is not bad beer, could be improved but nice! Nice dark colour with caramel brownish foam. Smell was nice and ritch. Tasted nice was with light bitterness and strong coffee taste. Was sold in plastic bottle, I would prefer some more work added into presentation for people buying from shops. Overall nice beer! Aroma-7 Appearance-4 Taste-7 Palate

Tap at Baras Šuo, Vilnius. Black and foreboding. Opaque with small tan head. Aroma is liquorice, metal.. A bit chemical. Taste is a vast improvement. Sweet and malty with an intense sour/sweet liquorice bite. Thin body but this doesn’t detract very much from the experience. Has its flaws but decent enough overall.

Black, strong white head. Jesus, guys, that is simply too much diacetyl to even notice anything else. Flavour ain’t too bad, diacetyl less noticeable, some roastiness, sweet, medium body, finishes roasty. But Jaysus, get your production quality up to standard.
