650ml bottle pours an amber color with a big white head that settled to some spotted lacing. Aroma is pine and citrus. Taste is pleasing hop bitterness with a light malty sweet backbone. This is nicely balanced IPA with an adequate amount of carbonation and nice mouthfeel. Nice brew that can be enjoyed by all.

The strength of the brewery is in hoppy beers. Solid apa and ipa. Great hop mixes. Solid malt backings that might be trimmed abitin sweetness but the effort to get dry is there, I want a true hop bomb. Please? It’s in you.

DalzAle (1336) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - APR 10, 2011
Bottle thanks to portableparty. Clear dark orange/brown pour, some lasting carbonation and a dry hop aroma. Flavor is light hops, light malt and a little spruce on the aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle to snifter. Dark amber copper pour with a off white head that fades to a collar. Aroma is some pine and malt and faint fruit scent. Taste is subtle bitterness and malt and grain with some caramel. Palate is medium and fizzy with a chaulky dry finish. Easy drinker, but won’t go out looking for it.

Bottle. Pours an amber body with a white head. Floral hop tones and a hint of citrus. A bit dry, light herbal notes and a malty and bread y backbone to finish. A bit creamy texture with a mild warming. Okay.

GLBN IPA Challenge 2011, deep copper pour, light aroma, caramel malts, light bitterness. Rich maltiness, marmalade, fruity sweetness. Bitterness seems to get lost in all of that. Needs some hops infusion

doubleo (1444) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 20, 2010
Pours red/amber with a fizzy looking, medium sized, white head that leaves some lace. Smells sweet and sugary malty and metallic, not that good. Tastes sweet and caramelly sugary malty with a decent dose of red fruity hops. Ok. Medium body, good carbonation.

Bottle. Amber pour, white head. Citrus, caramel malt, sweetness, and some fruit. Fine IPA, but more on the malty side.
