3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour is a dark bronze with a small white head. Aroma is definite honey with some wheat malt and even a bit of light spice. Flavor is a touch of honey and grainy malt along with some butterscotch. Finish is both sweet and a bit sour. Honey beers are a big meh to me but this one was above par but that sourness at the end knocked it down a few points.

Draft. Nose is dominantly clove. Pour is fairly clear with a large white head. Taste is very phenolic and slightly more than just clove. Seems a touch medicinal. Overall it’s just kinda mediocre.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at the brewpub in August 2011. Appetizing nose of cloves and honey. A fairly full body but the taste is quite crisp and dry, just an impression of sweetness. A more interesting beer than I expected.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Six Row brewpub. Hazy amber with a thin white head. Aroma of honey, wheat, lemon and assorted citrus. A fair amount of honey comes through in the flavors with citrus, yeast and light noble hops. Mildly bitter with some honey on the backend. A decent concoction
