A traditional Dorset bitter, brewed with the finest Maris Otter barley, full bodied malt with an excellent balance of flavours, that leads to a lingering dry bitter finish.

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, nutty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
