The unmistakable flavor of a Bavarian Wheat, but with a clear golden brilliance and a Sixpoint twist. An entirely unique canned offering for the sun-worshipping ale lovers.

Can. Clear orange pour with a frothy white head. Lots of esters in the aroma, fruity, wheat, light spice and sweetness. Sweet banana, wheat grains, cream with a light spice on the end. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. Refreshing on a hot day..

Pours a nice bright clear yellow with white head. Floral and sweet notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light in body. Finishes sweet.

Aroma - there is a wheat aroma and some yeasty tang. Appearance - caramel colored amber body; liquid is clean and clear; the head is white and sets up about 2" settles into a layer of film. Taste - is very tangy with wheat and some tart yeast. There is a fruit ester quality about it as well. Palate - body is medium; texture is somewhat layered; carbonation is lively; the finish has a puckering sort of factor, one is inclined to call it sour, but it’s more tangy, but not exactly tart.

Can to glass. Not a good style for me, so take that into consideration. A golden color. A sweet, deep in the nose fragrance. Medium carbonation, with a resonating sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reviewed from notes. Received as a going away present when I left the East Coast to where I am now. The appearance has a somewhat hazy yet clear yellow/orange body, one finger white foamy head that rapidly dies, some carbonation is seen rising. The smell has bubblegum up front, some light malts coming through very sweet, slight banana/yeasty aroma trying to come through, some light cloves are there too. The taste is very sweet (bubblegum) and malty, slight banana/yeasty and banana aftertaste, dry finish. The palate is medium, semi-sessionable, adequate carbonation. Overall, uh....this is just an ok kristallweizen, but was actually kinda disappointed in this and probably wouldn’t have it again.

16 oz can, white label. Deep haze, orange color. White foam. Distinct aroma of Bavarian wheat malt. Ugh, I miss Germany. Tastes of lemon zest, hearty wheat, loads of wheat malt, cereal, slight sweetness. Very well balanced. Like a hearty artisan bread. (3987)

From notes, consumed on 5/19/13. Can poured into a tulip. Pours a straw/golden yellow with 2 fingers of off-white head. Hazy light lacing. Good carbonation flowing through the glass. Aromas of yeast, funk, wheat, light citrus, banana, bubble gum. Tasting notes of banana, wheat, bubble gum, subtle smoky/bacon flavor. Medium body with a semi-dry finish.

Pours unclear, dark yellow amber. Medium to small fizzy white head, minimally lasting. Aroma is sweet. wheat. Banana. Yeast. ’Wheat and banana candy’. Flavor also finds plenty of wheat and banana but also a lot of citrus, lemon. Light and crisp. Super refreshing. A little tart/tang. A little acidic. I really enjoyed this. Brightened up another ’lovely’ WI winter week.
