On tap. Pours a cloudy almost opaque deep amber with an off-white head leaving laces. Very discreet fruity nose. Medium body with a fresh fruitiness and a discreet whiff of citrusy hops. Dry and hoppy finish. Luckily no traces of Belgian yeast making this much more of an IPA than a Belgian Ale. 040212

VTHopHead (1511) - Seymour, Tennessee, USA - FEB 4, 2012
Draft from growler - Pours a darkish and slightly cloudy amber in color with a small white head that produced a surprising amount of lace on the glass. Aroma has a small amount of pine resin hops with some estery fruits... apples and/or stone fruit. Flavor is slightly sweet with some small amount of hops (pine) and plenty of light colored fruits... apple/grape and some peachiness. Finish is lingering sweet, but dries out at the end... mildly bittter at the end. Just OK...
