16 oz can. Pours a hazy rust color with a foamy ivory head. Loads of lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine, resin, and faint sweet malts. Bitter citrus rinds, resin, and pine hops are upfront followed by a subtle sweet malt backbone. A bitter lingering finish.

3.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is a very good east coast style IPA. Good balance of hops and malts. It pours a beautiful dark gold. I’m also a fan of the pint cans Six Point uses.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The beer has a great amber, orange color with a nice minimal white head but with great lacing that clings for a while, great carbonation (we don’t get sixpoint here normally). The smell has awesome piney notes, mild citrus notes. The taste is great with a well balance pine taste, that leads into bitter notes that linger around. The aftertaste is great with mild lingering bitterness and hints of citrus and but with great carbonation that leaves carbonation bubbles hanging on. The overall impression is good because this is a great IPA but something I would not seek out if other IPAs aren’t available. But still decent a IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I love how a lot of US brewers are starting to make IPAs with more citrus and less bitterness - Bengali Tiger is probably the best of this breed. Cloudy, copper colored, with a tall, luxurious head. Hops are somewhat resiny with notes of orange, grapefruit, lemon, kiwi. Very well-balanced. The malt profile has some toast and just a bit of caramel.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz can. Poured a medium copper color with a two finger pillowy white head that had good retention and lacing. The aroma has a strong upfront resiny citrus hop and a distinct white pepper aroma. The taste consisted of citrus and peppery hops and a solid doughy grain bill. The mouthfeel was full and creamy with moderate carbonation.

(can) orange-gold with white head. Bready malt aroma with a little hops. Flavor is well balanced between bready malt and earthy hops.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hm. The color is very intriguing. Light burnt orangey hue, which slightly falsely portrays a rich, intense flavor. I wish this ipa had a little more hop presence both on the nose and the palate. However, it’s a very drinkable beer, and certainly nice to look at. Could potentialy make for a decent impromptu session beer (with the knowledge, of course, that it weighs in a little higher then most sessions at 6.4%)
