Draft at Tap and Mallet in Rochester. Poured light orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet citrus hops, more orange than grapefruit. Medium body. Flavor is sweet oranges with other hoppy notes and a very solid malt presence. Very nice, very drinkable.

Jul 21, 2008 Grassy hoped nose. Flavor is grassy, floral hops. couldnt really find citrus or grapefruit in the palate of this one like i had hoped. Wow, bitter back end.

Jul 20, 2008 on cask, as much as I have come to enjoy cask beer IPA needs to be a touch colder than this especial on a hot day. Sweet floral aroma and taste that finish soapy and a touch bitter. No carb but good mouthfeal.

Jul 1, 2008 Hazy dark straw/amber colour. Melony aroma with yuzu, kumquat and pale malt. Smooth palate, medium bitterness w/ a grapefruity character on the back of the tongue. Sweet pale malt taste with melons and orangey citrus notes. Complex, nuanced, balanced.

Jun 20, 2008 Pours hazy golden with minimal head. Slight floral hop aroma, medium bitterness and dry hop flavor with an underlying malt sweetness. A subtly complex IPA. On tap at The Shep.

May 24, 2008 Aromas of grapefruit waft above this mildly cloudy amber colored ale. Thick, rocky white head. Very creamy. Tons of grapefruit with a deep bitterness. Lots of malt backbone. A great IPA.
