Cask. Pours a copper body with a thin lacing. Hoppy pine and grapefruit with s moderate caramel bill. Spice is mildly imparted like a light pepper or a light warming. This has nothing on "tastes like burning."

Aroma has almost no noticeable chilies. A hint of pepper, mostly pine hops. Flavor is bright and hoppy with some sweet caramel and a tiny tingle of chilies in the back of the throat. More noticeable after half a glass.

Cask at Rattle’n’Hum. Only a pinch of chillies in this, mostly noticeable in the finish, which was a disappointment. If you are going to make a chili beer, make a chili beer.

The aroma is mostly malt, a little bit of bitterness from the hops. I think the chillies and hops kind of cancelled each other out here. Sweetish, chewy, olive flavor, with heat in the finish. Eh.
