Tap at Blind Tiger. Lightly hazy brown beer with a light ruby tint and a thin off-white head. The aroma is lightly earthy with soft caramel and rich toasted malts. Soft sweetness with an almost rye-like spicy malt complexity. Light molasses and rummy sweetness. A touch of cherry flavour against the malty sweetness as well. Light earthiness with a light leafy hop flavour on the back. Very drinkable brew and definitely one of the better brown ales I’ve had recently.
