No one can deny the beer climate is changing. Extreme bittering patterns and massive flavor oscillations are the new normal.

Deep sunset orange colour with small off-white head. Lots of resin, pine and honey in the aroma. The taste is quite bready upfront, with some light honey, then the citrus, pine and grassy hop bitterness kicks in and finishes quite long and dry. Pretty good.

From can, pours pure amber. Pretty good head retention. Heavy hop nose with very soft floral-tangerine profile. Very low malt profile in flavor, refreshing slightly-woody and sweet hop, pretty upfront. A solid go-to, not too overbearing. Solid, but not too astounding.

An IPA disguised as an amber. Dark gold, nice color, thick head. Pine nose. Smells decent. Clean taste, not much going on. Not what I expected. On tap at Stoneyard.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2015 SiXPOINT Global Warmer. caramel and floral aroma; comes in a 12oz tall can, pours red, clear and sparkling with a frothy head. medium sourness, medium bitterness, light sweetness, full body, fizzy, oily feel, long finish. This is a standout beer I did not pair this with any food. This is my first review but wanted to recommend, however its not for everyone but even everyone can have something good to say about this beer.

Draught. Amber color with small white foamy head, soapy aroma, sharp hoppy taste with a long bitter finish, high carbonation. Too sharp hops.

From the 355 ml. can. It pours a handsome looking copper color with a big foamy head and great clarity. Grassy hop aroma with a toasted malt character behind it. Medium body and smooth in texture. The toasted malt flavor is quickly usurped by the grassy bitterness of the hops. Lingering finish.

On draught at Apex. Clear deep golden color. Aroma is sweet caramelized citrus. Taste is sweet and bitter citrus with some caramel malt. Enjoy the aroma better than the taste. Finishes a tiny bit bitter.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle, poured clear darker/reddish shade of copper, nice off white head. Aroma is mostly hops some malts and some citrus notes. Taste has a great bitterness to it but with a nice balanced malty backbone. Very nice beer.

can - Pours copper with a one finger head. It smells of citrus and pine accented hops. The bitterness is at IPA levels. It’s balanced by a tasty caramel malt backbone. Medium bodied. I very much enjoyed it.
